Season 4 of "Pretty Little Liars" is getting intense and it looks like episode 20 is no different. The episode, titled "Free Fall" already has some small spoilers out. Fans want to know if Spencer will stop taking pills or if she will get caught. They also want to know if the truth about Ezra will ever come out. On Feb. 4, KSiteTV revealed some information on Spencer and Ezra.

The title "Free Fall" indicates that someone will come down, which could be Spencer. Right now she is taking a lot of prescription pills that are keeping her awake during the day as well as at night. Hanna is beginning to notice small oddities in her behavior and told Aria about Spencer's "bugged out" eyes. Unfortunately, Aria was too wrapped up in dealing with her secret about being with Ezra. With Hanna stepping up as an investigator, and getting pretty good at it, she will figure it out soon. Ezra also knows, but what will he do with that information? When he stopped her in the hallway after observing her paying for pills, he didn't seem too concerned. Even though his words were right, his stance and appearance appeared to be giving her a warning.

So, will Spencer stop taking the pills, will she get caught or will something horrible end up happening to her as a result of her addiction? With a title like "Free Fall" it definitely sounds like she will come down from her high, but how far will she fall and what will happen once she reaches the bottom?

But that isn't all Spencer will be dealing with in "Pretty Little Liars" season 4, episode 20. She is anxious to tell Aria what she discovered about Ezra. However, Hanna and Emily don't want Aria to get hurt and are worried about how it will affect her. Ezra knows that Spencer is getting close and decides to do something about it. He tells Aria that he is concerned about Spencer's prescription pill addiction. Viewers will probably believe that Ezra isn't concerned at all, he is just trying to discredit her and make himself out to be the caring teacher. But how will the Liars react? Will they listen to Spencer as she reveals her discovery or will they assume that it is the result of the drugs?

"Pretty Little Liars" season 4, episode 20 will air on Feb. 18.
