"Pretty Little Liars" season 4 has been promised to be a good one and fans can't wait to see what will happen in the second half. On Jan. 6, WetPaint revealed spoilers for episode 16, which is titled "Close Encounters."

The synopsis reveals that Shana will return to Ravenswood to deliver a message from Ali to Emily. However, can Emily and the other Liars trust her? Things get even more tense and confusing when Shana says that Ali wants to meet with Emily alone and not with the other girls. While Emily is getting more hopeful, Spencer is determined to protect her.

In "Close Encounters" Hanna and Aria will both be dealing with matters of heart. Does this mean that she is going to find out about Ezra's dark side? Will Hanna and Caleb be dealing with more difficulties?

"Pretty Little Liars" season 4, episode 16 will air on Jan. 21.
