Mona wants to take down Aria, Spencer, Hannah, and Emily and she won't stop at anything. It does look like Spencer might be on the "A" team now though and if that is true there might be a bit more going on behind the scenes than fans realize.
A blonde has been in charge of Mona and fans want to know who it is and tonight they might just get their answers. Mona was in the loony bin and now she is out on her own and who knows if she will listen anymore or even knows what is going on.
