As if it isn't hard enough to say goodbye to a friend the first time, the girls will be facing doing just that again in "Pretty Little Liars" episode 318, "Dead to Me," for which ABC Family released photos on Thursday, Jan. 17.
In this "Pretty Little Liars" episode, the girls will be saying goodbye to Ali (Sasha Pieterse) again. With her remains back with her family, the DiLaurentis are going to be burying her again. However, not everyone wants to attend another memorial. Aria (Lucy Hale), Hanna (Ashley Benson), and Emily (Shay Mitchell) are for it, even if it's not for them; they're going to be there to support Jason (Drew Van Acker). However, Spencer (Troian Bellisario) has had enough and doesn't want to be involved. "Why keep saying farewell to a girl who wasn't that great of a friend after all?" the official description asks. Meanwhile, Emily will be paying a visit to Dr. Sullivan (Annabeth Gish) to talk about her unresolved feelings regarding the Nate situation, but she's going to get more out of it than she had expected.
The "Dead to Me" photos, which you can see in the slideshow at the top of this article, offer a look at the memorial and Emily's trip to see Dr. Sullivan. However, she's not the only one going to see the doctor. As the photos show, Mona (Janel Parrish) will be stopping by as well…with a present? What will Mona be up to in this episode?
