'Pretty Little Liars' 5x04: Sneak peek for 'Thrown from the Ride'

Season 5 of "Pretty Little Liars" is off to an interesting start. Next Tuesday, episode 4 of the hit drama will air and fans are looking forward to seeing what is coming next. On June 26, a sneak peek of the next episode was uploaded to YouTube.

The clip starts off with Ali texting Emily asking her to call her back. She starts to sign "A" at the end of the message, but hesitates, then writes Alison. Could this be a hint that Ali is responsible for all of the turmoil or is it simply her reacting to seeing the "A" at the beginning of her name?

Ali's father walks into her room just as she finishes sending her text to Emily. He tells her that Detective Holbrook has called again about her needing to come in for the medical exam. He was able to postpone it once because of her mother, but he tells Ali that they can't hold them off forever. Alison becomes distraught and emotional at the mention of a medical exam. She begs her father not to make her do it. The clip ends with her father telling her that if she was hurt, then she needs to talk to someone.

Another sneak peek of the episode titled "Thrown from the Ride" reveals that Mona is paying special attention to the girls during lunch. This shouldn't come as a surprise, but will she find out anything or perhaps she is waiting for something? She also meets with Lucas in a dimly lit room.

The Liars know that Mona is watching them and Aria tells Spencer that Mona is freaking her out. Then there are several flashes of Aria literally freaking out. Is this all because of Mona, are there other reasons for the continuous shots or was it added just for a visual effect? The shots show Aria wearing different outfits and she seems to be in different locations.

Also, Spencer grabs a computer out of Alison's hands, Emily is outside her house looking worried and Spencer says that the police need to find out what caused the death of Mrs. DiLaurentis. Perhaps the most interesting thing is what Alison says,

"Once you know something, you can't un-know it."

She appears to be in a doctor's office and it is quite possible that she is there for the medical exam. What exactly does she mean by that? What exactly is the reason she is so hesitant to do the exam? Did something happen to her while she was hiding or is it just a reminder of "A?"

What do you think of the two sneak peeks of "Pretty Little Liars" season 5, episode 4? Do you have any theories on what is going to happen next?
