The owner who mistreated Pretty Girl asked Devore Shelter to kill his dog when her quarantine is up.
What most average people don’t know is what happens to dogs who’ve had bite history. Pretty Girl was abused, dumped at a high kill shelter where she is kept in quarantine. When she arrived at Devore, her bones were sticking out of her body and food had been withheld.
Considering the nationwide uproar over Patrick, Snoop and cases of so many other starved dogs, the correct move would be to investigate thoroughly the alleged incident surrounding the bite.
Seasoned animal rescuers have proposed release Pretty Girl to a qualified 501©(3) rescue and assessed by an dog behavior modification expert.
Pretty Girl ID #517132 is only a year old, barely a puppy. Her quarantine period is over February 10. She MUST be adopted that day.
A chip in has been organized to raise funding to save Pretty Girl and pay for her boarding, vetting and assessment.
