As some of you know, Saucy Mama recently sponsored a contest to food writers as a part of marketing their easy-cooking line of marinades, sauces and dressings. Writers (including myself) were given a selection of marinades with which to experiment to craft recipes that are both delectable and accessble to an everyday family or household. One of these marinades (and one of my personal favorites) is the Lime Chipotle.
I happen to have extra bottles of this marinade, so as of today I open to you readers who love food, love to eat it, and especially love to photograph it, a food photography contest. Send me your best shots of food, and there are no other rules. (Except send them on or before September 15.) I will evaluate and judge them based on quality, creativity, style, and...well...some other photography jargon (you know) and choose a best and second-best shot. I'll post the results with a link (if you prefer) to your portfolio or website. The two winners will also get a bottle of Saucy Mama Lime Chipotle marinade.
