Classic Rock band BX2 played to a standing room only crowd at Napper Tandy’s Saturday evening. Opening with “Rock you like a hurricane” and “Born to be wild,” front man Brandon Niederauer ignited the energy with strong vocals and his talented band as if the music was delivered directly from the soul. The only difference from any other entertainer on Napper Tandy’s stage is that Brandon is nine years old.
Brandon got hooked on the idea of becoming a rock star with the classic Jack Black movie “School of Rock” taking guitar lessons and later enrolling in Rock & Roll University where he met his fellow band members in BX2 (Brothers time two). Determined be the best musician he can be Brandon has no fear and recently sat in with the Jack Paris Blues Band at B.B. Kings in New York City.
Also in the band is Brandon’s older brother, Dylan Niederauer on Bass guitar, Tom Foschino (drums), Paul Foschino (keyboards) and Kyle Sheehan (guitar). The group has been play covers of and original music at street fairs & festivals.
What’s next for these talented rock stars? The sky's the limit!
