Pret A Manger has recently launched two new delicious menu items to their collection of fresh sandwiches. We can’t get enough of the gluten free wild salmon and super greens salad and super greens vegan granary sandwich.
Whether you are craving a sandwich or a salad, each is loaded with all of the nutrition you need to take you through the day. We visited the Boston, Mass. location recently and loved the super greens mix of a vegan blend of fresh kale, tofu, shallots, green onions, porcini mushrooms, garlic, oil and lemon juice for added zest, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Pret sources Alaskan wild sockeye salmon, which is high in antioxidants, low in saturated fat, and a great source of protein.
In addition to these offerings, the wild salmon tzatziki wrap is back on the menu featuring wild-caught sockeye salmon topped with creamy tzatziki sauce and fresh lemon juice, crisp cucumbers, spinach, and shredded beets.
