Other posts indicate that he is running as the only real conservative.  He is expected to share these views today at the St. Charles County venue.

Santorum is back on the campaign trail after a long weekend, consisting of a hospital visit for Santorum's 3 year old daughter Bella.  During his absence, the Duggar family stumped for him as they attended Florida campaign events.

The Duggar family is from the TLC reality show 19 Kids and Counting.  The Duggars have said that they support Santorum's conservative views.  Read more about the Duggars,  their support of Santorum and how the Duggars credit their prayers in soaring Santorum to eventually win the Iowa caucus.
