President Obama will attend fundraisers in the L.A. neighborhood of Hancock Park Monday, August 16.

Air Force One is scheduled to touch down at LAX airport around 4:00 p.m., which should create an extraordinary rush hour experience for commuters this evening, plus a media frenzy in the upscale area of Hancock Park.

Monday's L.A. fundraiser for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee will be held at the home of Hollywood producer John Wells.  It is co-hosted by Steven Spielberg and Barbara Streisand, along with executives from DreamWorks and Warner Bros., according to CBS and other media.

The cost to be a co-host (sponsor) for the event is $30,400 per couple, including a dinner and photo op with the President, reports CBS news. Individual tickets to attend the cocktail party tonight are $2500.

President Obama will stay in Los Angeles overnight and depart LAX Tuesday for Wisconsin.  Since there are no hotels in Hancock Park, transporting the President through Hollywood to a high security hotel in Beverly Hills can be anticipated.
