WASHINGTON, D.C., President Barack Obama was sworn in for the 57th inauguration. Sunday did not just mean the first day of the second term for the president, but the challenges facing Obama over the next four years.
To meet the requirements of the constitution, President Obama and Vice president Joe Biden made quiet oaths before the ceremony at the capital on January 21st. The crowd is expected to be in the range of 800,000 on the National Mall.
CNN said that "Obama will become the 17th U.S president to deliver a second inaugural address before the Pennsylvania avenue parade. The President plans to use Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr's bible.
With the challenges ahead for the the second term of the Obama presidency, the presidential address will set a hopeful tone for the nation. Amidst the financial issues and challenges with bi-partisanship, The Inauguration will hopefully usher in the second era of the Obama administration with revival.
