Preservative-free cafe coming to Guilderland

See also

Business partners Tiffany Honikel and Lauren Miller have been working since last year on their project, and now hope for a mid-April opening of A Natural Way Café in the Albany County suburb of Guilderland.

It will feature breakfast, create-your-own sandwiches and salads, soups, daily hot specials, pastries and locally roasted coffee. All foods are preservative free.

The partners, who have been getting their name in front of the public by appearances at such things as the recent Women's Expo, will offer breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday, breakfast through dinner on Friday and Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. The menu can be downloaded here.

A Natural Way is located in Carpenter Plaza at 2568 Western Avenue. Phone: (518) 621-0347.
