Boston took the rock and roll scene by storm in the late 70s with its debut self-titled album. The record has sold more than 20 million copies to date and was the best selling debut album of all time until the release of Guns n’ Roses debut album, “Appetite for Destruction” in 1987. The record spawned three hit singles, "More Than a Feeling", "Long Time", and "Peace of Mind", but every track on the album continue to be played as radio staples. Boston’s follow up, 1978’s “Don’t Look Back” sold nearly 10 million copies and launched more hit singles including the title track, “Feelin’ Satisfied” and “A Man I’ll Never Be.”

Eight years would pass before Boston would release album number three, “Third Stage” in 1986, but the record was again a multi-platinum success packed with hits like, “Amanda”, “Cool the Engines”, “We’re Ready” and "Can'tcha Say (You Believe in Me)/Still in Love". The band has sold over 31 million albums in the United States alone, and founder and songwriter Tom Scholz remains the band’s driving force. The band is currently touring support of its 2013 album, “Life, Love & Hope”.

San Francisco’s Night Ranger hit the masses through MTV with its debut hit “Don’t Tell Me You Love Me” off its debut album “Dawn Patrol” in 1982. They exploded across radio with their second and third albums, “Midnight Madness” (1983) and “7 Wishes” (1985), both of which went platinum. They unleashed a string of hit songs led off by the monster power ballad, “Sister Christian”. Others included “(You Can Still) Rock in America”, “Rumors in the Air”, “When You Close Your Eyes”, "Four in the Morning (I Can't Take Anymore), “Sentimental Street” and “Goodbye”. The band, which still features founding members Jack Blades (bass, vocals), Kelly Keagy (drums, vocals) and Brad Gillis (guitars) will be touring in support of their eleventh studio album, “High Road”. Night Ranger has sold more than 10 million records to date.
