This is one of many kits you can use.

Taking pictures at your prom is a must! These will be memories that will stay with you for many years to come. Make sure your skin looks radiant and flawless for that day! Fellas this goes for you as well, by the way.

Planning on getting a professional facial? Do it at least a week before your prom. The reason why it is not recommended that you have a facial closer to the date, is because your skin will react. Meaning that you will probably get blemishes.

Getting blemishes from a facial is normal, because your skin lets out all of the impurities that it doesn't need. Girls, keep in mind that if you're on your cycle or are going to get it, it is not recommended that you get a facial! Wait until afterwards to get one, that way you don't break out as badly.

Be careful in choosing products for your face. Always read the labels and make sure they apply to your needs. Don't use somebody's products on yourself, like your mother's creams (more than likely anti-aging), instead buy or make some for your own needs.

Don't have the time or money to get a professional facial? Here's what you need: cleanser, mask, toner, and moisturizer. Use the mask only once or twice a week though, and let a few days pass before you apply it again. Visit this website for some great at-home recipes www.spaindex.com.

Ever heard of the saying "you are what you eat"? This quote, applies to your skin for the moment. Don't eat junk food during this time! It's probably hard to do with so much temptation around you, but be strong, don't give in! Try and eat as healthy as possible during this time, it's not that many days if you think about it. Don't forget to drink lots of water!
