Prepare a Sport's Relief Salt Bather for sore muscles


Increase magnesium and sulfate levels in your body by soaking in an Epsom Salt bath.

Sport’s Relief Salt Bather Recipe*

1 cup Epsom salts

2 drops of wintergreen essential oil

2 drops of eucalytpus essential oil

1 drop of peppermint essential oil




*This recipe can be easily modified and packaged as a gift. Just add food coloring to the salt and the add oils. Package in a plastic bag with ribbon or decorative jar.
