Premiere: Shakira teams up with Rihanna on 'Can't Remember to Forget You'

Colombian singer-songwriter Shakira premiered her new single "Can't Remember to Forget You" on Monday. She teams up with Barbadian pop star Rihanna on the reggae-tinged track.

"Can't Remember to Forget You" is Shakira's latest single since she released her bilingual album "Sale El Sol" ("The Sun Comes Out") in 2010. Instead of going the EDM route, the Latin singer mixes her pop-rock roots with colorful reggae production. On the track, Shakira is crazy about a boy and she can't seem to shake him off. "I keep forgetting I should let you go," she laments over some heavy guitar. Rihanna sounds at home on the single with her Caribbean accent. The two ladies come together for something spectacular and refreshing on "Can't Remember to Forget You."

"Can't Remember to Forget You" is the first single from Shakira's new album. Her upcoming record will be released on March 25. She will also return to NBC's "The Voice" as a coach on Feb. 24.
