The Arts and Busniess Council of Sacramento are inviting you to a special event.
Prelude to a season: a change of art. This is thier first evening of arts, music, and an extravaganza of networking in a variety of colors.
This is a celebration, including awards for those making a diffference in the arts and culture of the Sacramento region. The impact of the arts both visual and otherwise is important to a cosmopolitan city such as Sacramanto.
There is to many arts offered as well as refreshments. A mystery appearance by Prelude favorite Mrs. Kitty. There will be awards offered in various catagories such as artist of the year, arts educator, arts journalist, arts executive, or arts business.
This event is being held at the Sacramento State College Ballroom at 6000 J st in Sacramento California. The lead sponsors will be Capital Public Radoi, Sacramento State Collge, among others.

The price if $70 dollars per person, $700 for a half table and $1300 for a full table.
