Pregnant Kim Kardashian poses in bikini, dishes on diet

A bikini-clad Kim Kardashian showed off her pregnant physique in a photo shoot for the March 2013 issue of "DuJour," where she discussed pregnancy cravings and her future.

“I used to always say I can’t wait to get pregnant because I'll just eat whatever I want, but it’s completely different [now],” Kim told DuJour. “I want to eat as healthy as possible."

Kardashian, 32, hasn't experienced much morning sickness or cravings, but admitted pregnancy is more exhausting and a lot harder than she had ever imagined. Kim, who's determined not to overeat or gain too much weight while pregnant, confesses that watching reality TV shows makes her feel better about herself.

"Lately I’ve been watching shows like 'I’m Pregnant and Addicted to Meth.' It definitely makes me feel better if I’m wanting one sip of Diet Coke or too much sugar," says Kim. "I’m like, This woman is on meth.”

To stay fit, Kardashian is working out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who helped her sister Kourtney lose 44 pounds just six months after giving birth to her second child.

Kim is looking forward to motherhood and won't film her childbirth on her hit reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

“My boyfriend [Kanye West] has taught me a lot about privacy,” says Kardashian. “I’m ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I’m realizing everyone doesn’t need to know everything. I’m shifting my priorities.”

Kim says the ninth season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" will be her last.* The reality TV show's eighth season began filming this month and will premiere in June 2013.

“I think there’s always an evolution of what you want to do in life,” she says. “It’s all about finding things that really excite you and motivate you and spark you all over again ... I just feel so blessed and excited and ready for the next phase."

*Update: Kim later took to her blog to clarify her remarks, saying she will continue with "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" through at least season 10. She wrote: "All of us are staying on through at least season 10. The show remains my number 1 priority and I enjoy every moment of it."
