Kim Kardashian doesn’t plan on letting herself go while the Kimye baby is in her oven. According to a Jan. 9 US Weekly report, Kardashian has already made a pregnancy workout plan with Tracy Anderson.
Anderson is the celebrity trainer who recently helped Kim’s sis, Kourtney Kardashian, lose 40 pounds after giving birth to her daughter, Penelope, last year. Tracy’s exercise DVD series, “The Pregnancy Project,” features different workouts for each month of pregnancy.
Kardashian, 32, is just three months pregnant. This will be first child for Kim and her boyfriend, Kanye West. Anderson said Kardashian is shaping up to be a role model in the way she’s embracing pregnancy.
Kim’s hot body – especially her voluptuous backside – is part of what rose her to celebrity status. The threat of losing that during pregnancy would cause many people to panic and take exercise to extremes. Tracy said that isn’t the case with Kardashian, though.
Anderson said Kim isn’t focused on being hot right now. Instead, Kardashian is devoted to taking care of herself and her baby by being as healthy as possible.
By the looks of Kourtney in a bikini on a recent US Weekly cover, it appears pretty obvious that Kim Kardashian is confident Tracy Anderson will have her looking better than ever soon after the baby is born anyway.
