Pregnant Jessica Alba shows off burgeoning baby bump at Spy Kids film premiere

A heavily pregnant Jessica Alba, who's hailed for her athletic good looks, was radiant in a Dolce & Gabbana halter dress at the premiere of Spy Kids: All The Time In The World in Los Angeles on July 31, 2011.

Alba, who's famous for her sleek bikini body, insists she's not worried about losing the pregnancy weight in record time, as some other celebs have done.

'I'll Never Be As Thin As I Was Before Pregnancy'

In fact, the 5'6" Latina beauty says she'll never be as thin as she was before she had daughter Honor in 2008, and she's okay with that.

“I can’t ever get down to the weight I was before I had Honor," says Alba. "My body’s just different.

"The jeans just sort of zip up differently, and things hang differently. It’s a miracle what happens, but you definitely are different afterwards. Unless you’re Gisele [Bundchen].”

Pregnancy Gave Me Cellulite & Saggy Boobs

While Jessica, 30, is a regular on Most Beautiful Women lists, she claims she hates her "saggy boobs,  cellulite and wide hips." Huh??

“My breasts are saggy, I’ve got cellulite, my hips are bigger [after I had a baby]," Alba said. "Every actress out there is more beautiful than me.

“I’ve never been comfortable showing my body off. I used to have anxiety attacks before [photo] shoots."

Ironically, Jessica's sizzling photospreads contradict the Latina stunner's harsh self-critique, making you wonder whether she's being disingenuous, falsely modest or simply delusional.

'When I Work Out, I Feel Good About Myself'

Either way, Alba has never made a secret of the fact that she watches her diet religiously and works out intensely to stay fit.

Jessica's workout regimen (when she's not pregnant) typically consists of doing at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise on the elliptical trainer, stationary bike or treadmill four times a week combined with light weight-lifting and yoga.

"I try to work out every day for 45 minutes to an hour," she has said. "I start out on the treadmills or elliptical machine for 10 to 15 minutes to get my heart rate up to 180 beats per minute. Then I do 50 lunges and crunches.

"Next I get back on the machine for another 10 minutes. Then I work on shoulders, biceps and triceps. I do that nonstop for four sets. When I work out, I have energy and feel good about myself."

No matter what she says, make no mistake: Jessica will regain her stunning pre-pregnancy shape in no time.
