Prayer, praise, proclamation and worship rally at the Florida state capitol

With November 2nd right around the corner, very little argument, if any, can be made that we as a nation need to be praying for the elections of Godly government officials and praying for America as well.

And that’s exactly what Rev. Valeriana, Director and Coordinator of the 2010 USA JESUSFEST Tour, strongly feels. She’s not just talking about the changes that are needed; she’s putting actions to words, all the way to the steps of our State’s capitol.

The Saturday just prior to this critical election, Rev. Valeriana and a team of intercessors from Jacksonville will be travelling to Waller Park in downtown Tallahassee. Numerous Tallahassee-area residents, churches, pastors and ministers are gathering together for a common cause to conduct a prayer, praise, proclamation and worship rally in front of Dolphins Fountain at our state’s Capitol Building on Saturday, October 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

However, representatives from any area within the state of Florida are invited and encouraged to attend. Admission to this event and parking are both free-of-charge and open to the public.

Speakers include Tallahassee Pastor Charles Coleman of Christian Life Fellowship, Tallahassee Pastor Eli Hendricks of Lifeway Community Church, and Pastors Virgil and Wanda Long of Christian Worship Center in Chattahoochee, Florida, to name only a few. Lucie Poirier’s Harvest Dance team, special singers Jennifer Byers and Bishop Javon Maule, worship leader, and author and recording artist Deborah Nazemi from Texas, will all be performing.

Rev. Valeriana said, 'The reason that I’m doing this is because America has drifted from God, so much that we’ve put ourselves in the same position as Ninevah did in Jonah’s time. Now’s the time to come together to pray for the November 2nd elections and our leaders. We also need to pray for our cities, our state and that America will repent just like Nineveh did, turning back to God before it’s too late.'

Organizations, churches and ministries can arrange to have space for setting-up a table. The JF10 Tour team is also encouraging prayer counselors, evangelists, outreach team members and local ministers to come out and participate. Volunteers are always welcome and needed to help in all areas.

Rev. Valeriana stated with strong conviction, 'It’s time to make a stand across our land and proclaim the name of Jesus Christ over our cities, state and country!'
