Many people know of the large car and bike wash held at Citizens Business Bank Area in Ontario to raise money for Breeann Creer, the four year old girl whom was tragically ran over about two weeks ago in Rancho Cucamonga.
Another Fundraiser was hosted by Front Line Warriors and took place at Praise Chapel Rancho Cucamonga or PCRC which is located at 8680 Helms Avenue at the corner 9th street.
At the 9th Street entrance Pastor Bobby and Bobalou were directing the bikes and cars as they arrived.
Vendors included Paparazzi, Fallen Warrior Foundation, Origami Owl, Perfectly Posh, Mary Kay and face painting was available.
Live music was provided the groups included For The King, which are three guys rapping and the people inside were up and dancing with them, Crimson Crown closed out the event and the crowd grew inside a bit as Tammy Contreras came outside to bring people inside, not many bands do that.
The event was held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. about twenty bikes were parked in the lot, but many arrived by car and truck bringing their family and friends along.
Food and drinks were available for a donation and on the subject of money the amount raised came to one thousand and three dollars and fifty-six cents. Pretty good for a four hour event.
The event was small in comparison to the one held at Citizens Business Bank Arena, but this one had more of family feel to it, even though I had just met the people of this church and the members of the Front Line Warriors, I felt immediately welcomed and left feeling as being part of a family.
