El Segundo Museum of Art presents Prana Yoga: An Embodied Art of Moving into Peace as part of Experience 09: SILENCE on Friday, March 28 from 6 to 8 p.m.

In a world of whirling technology, we sometimes disconnect from our body’s natural rhythms and our mind’s need for quiet respite.

Reconnect with the simple patterns of energetic pathways within you and nature, and practice the embodied art of moving into stillness.

Join Shelley Williams for an evening of simplified Prana Yoga among the current ESMoA Experience 09: SILENCE.

Begin with a tour of some select works of art on display and flow together in meditative movement like colors on a canvas.

The event is open to all levels of movement lovers. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, preferred props and an open mind!

A suggested donation of $20 should be payable to Shelley Williams.

For additional information, visit the website at http://www.ESMoA.org or call 424-277-1020424-277-1020.

ESMoA is located at 208 Main Street in El Segundo.
