Designer Prabal Gurung has partnered with retail giant to introduce a limited-edition collection of affordable women’s apparel and accessories, including handbags, jewelry and of course shoes. The anticipated collection, inspired by a tender love story, features seven footwear styles including flat and heeled sandals, wedges, pointed-toe ballet flats, and pumps.
While most styles appear in black, bold color is present. We see apple red and pops of blazing yellow and what looks like a pale citrine (named Sulfur Springs). Prabal also includes two fun prints, the bold and colorful Nolita print (which appears in a pointed-toe ballet flat and lace-up sandal) and the more subdued but whimsically named Meet The Parents print (available in a lace-up, peep-toe pump)
Favorite styles from the collection include the $29.99 Wedge Sandals in Apple red and black/gray/white, the $39.99 Pump in the Nolita print, and the $39.99 Lace-up Pump in the Meet The Parents print.
The Prabal Gurung for Target Footwear Collection ranges from $29.99 to $39.99 and will be available February 10, 2013 at all Target stores and Target.com.
