Those ticket holders that matched five numbers have won $1 million each and the tickets were purchased in Illinois, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, and Florida. While it isn't quite the $171 million jackpot, the winners are likely quite pleased that they picked 5-of-6 correctly. As for the power play this time around, it was set at 2X.

The current estimated jackpot for the next drawing is at $194 million, with the expectation that it could grow a bit due to interest rising. When the jackpots approach that $200 million mark, more people start playing in the hopes they can stumble across the Powerball winning numbers. The next drawing is scheduled for Saturday night (Feb. 1), with a current cash value of $110.7 million for players that want the money right away.
