New Jersey Powerball Winner Hits Huge Lottery Prize
Meanwhile, New Jersey Lottery’s Executive Director Carole Hedinger, announced Monday, Sept. 30, that they had another high-tier Powerball winner in the last drawing. A $10,000 winning ticket was purchased in Middlesex County at Avenel Supermarket, 1008 Rahway Ave., in Avenel, New Jersey, for the Saturday, Sept. 28 drawing.
The New Jersey Powerball winner matched four out of five white Powerball winning numbers, AND the red Powerball number for the third-tier prize. Oh well. Better luck next time!
Executive Director Carole Hedinger commented,
"Congratulations to the fortunate lottery player who purchased the winning ticket and to the retailer that sold it. For selling the winning ticket, the retailer has become one more of the Lottery’s ‘lucky locations’ overnight."
