One of the biggest Powerball jackpots ever was up for grabs on the evening of Saturday, Sept. 14, 2014, and it was for anyone to own. The numbers have no been revealed and someone in the one in 175,223,510 did not win as it now rolls over for Wednesday's drawing and hits $400 million, the fourth biggest in history.

If any one person had won the Powerball on Saturday night, then they were in for a real treat. No matter which way they decided to take the money, it wasn't anything to be upset about.
Eleven tickets ended u coming very close as they only missed the Powerball number, but they were enough to snag over $1 million for the winners. Two were sold in Pennsylvania while one each was sold in Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, Maryland, New York, and Wisconsin.
There was one more sold in California, but under the state's pari-mutuel system, that winner received $2,479,112.
The record jackpot for the Powerball lottery was $590.5 million set in May and won by a woman in Florida. She took the lump sum and received $370.9 million before taxes.
