Moms and dads know that each child is different when it comes to potty training. Each child has their own time frame for being ready and willing to begin toilet training. Even boys and girls are different in their own time frame. There are many books that offer advice to parents when this important time comes from, and many "tricks" and tips that parents can use to make potty training a success. Potty training happens quickly for some children and slowly for others.
Forty Carrots Family Center in Sarasota is hosting a workshop on February 5, 12, 19, and 26 from 9:30-10:45 to help with techniques and suggestions that will give your toddler a successful transition into beginning toilet training. Experienced childcare professionals who are part of the Forty Carrots Family Center training staff will teach you how to recognize the signs that your toddler is ready for toilet training, and present ideas for getting them ready. Successful toilet training is a mixture of picking up on these cues that your toddler begins to show when they are ready, and being ready with these ideas to begin and finish in a successful way.
Join the childcare educators for this workshop and learn how to get both your child and you ready for success in toilet training. Forty Carrots Family Center is located at 1500 S. Tuttle Avenue in Sarasota. Interested moms and dads may call 941-365-7716 for information or log on at www.fortycarrots.org.
