The recently Left Behind DLC for “The Last of Us” may contain an Easter Egg on the upcoming PS4 exclusive video game, the tentatively-titled “Uncharted 4.” According to a report from Gamepur on Feb. 17, one of the signs from the single-player expansion of the survival-horror action-adventure title mentioned that an all new “Colorado” experience will be coming this spring season.

Naughty Dog has a history of putting Easter Eggs into their software products. “The Last of Us” was initially teased through a newspaper clipping that players could view in “Uncharted 3” Drake’s Deception.” The headline mentioned that scientists were struggling to gain knowledge with a mysterious “deadly fungus.” The main campaign of “The Last of Us” also featured a sign that may have hinted at the launch time frame of the PS4.

Naughty Dog has already announced that the development for “Uncharted 4” has already begun. The teaser video for the potential sequel hinted that the game may take place in Africa, which may not seem to be related to the Colorado setting from the Easter Egg. However, the previous games in the series feature multiple varied locations.

A release date time frame has not yet been provided for “Uncharted 4.” However, a representative at Naughty Dog previously hinted that the upcoming video game will most likely not come out this year.
