It has been six months since the Florida State Seminoles won the football national title. Now it is time to talk renovations. Doak Campbell Stadium is already a gorgeous structure with classrooms, meeting rooms and athletic facilities attached. It is about to get larger and shinier. The lockers have already been torn out to redo the locker room. The meeting rooms, player's lounge and coach's lobby are getting upgraded as well. Part of the new upgrade will include a set for ESPN Gameday.

Most noticeably though, the South Endzone will be enlarged. New glass-enclosed staircases will be added and a club level will exist above where the FSU Marching Chiefs are currently seated. Concourse improvements will happen as well. The proposed expansion will bring the exterior facade up to the same height as the Dedman School of Hospitality, which is situated across from Langford Green. No timetable has been set for the expansion as the exact design for the South Endzone has not been chosen.
