Pot shops opened up in Colorado since recreational marijuana has finally been legalized. Retailers opened up at 8 AM to start selling recreational pot to consumers. According to a report made by ABC News which was published on Jan. 1, this day is now called Green Wednesday. According to the report, a food and coffee truck was set up for the consumers who were anxiously waiting for the retailers to open up and start selling them the recreational marijuana.

Although it has now been legalized for recreational use in Colorado, skeptics are worried that it will be made more available to teens. However, it is only available to those who are 21 and over. This is a great thing for pot smokers.

Colorado has set up a tracking system to keep the legal sales of marijuana away from black market sales. Although it has been legalized for recreational use in eight towns in this state, the US. Department of Justice has created an eight point sale of the use of this legal recreational pot. This eight point scale includes that it is to be kept away from those under 21, it is to be kept away from criminal cartels, federal property, and other states in order to avoid a Government crackdown.

As long as you are 21 years of age or older, you can now buy legal recreational marijuana in Colorado.

According to this article, the legalization of medical and recreational pot in Ohio will be put on the ballot in March of 2014. Those in Ohio have been waiting a long time for this to happen for them.
