Have you been taking advantage of all the fun classes and mommy group events in Chicago? The Neighborhood Parents Network and Soulistic are hosting a free "bounce back after baby" class thursday night, 6/16. Jasmine Jafferali is a local and national leader in fitness and wellness. Join her and others from Soulistis Studio to learn easy exercise moves and nutritional tips for real results. This event is free for those who are new to the NPN network, so get out of the house thursday night for some healthy fun. There will be lots of goodies and raffles too. And if you have not visited Soulistic Studio yet, you are in for a treat. Soulistic is a green mind and body studio featuring floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of the downtown Loop skyline.
