Post Brewing Company opens today in Lafayette

Hot chicken loves cold beer!

The Post Brewing Company will have four mainstay taps - a lager, an IPA, an American bitter, and a rotating dark- along with two seasonal taps. What you'll notice upon the very first sip is that The Post beers are purposefully brewed to be served alongside your delicious bird. The beers are undeniably delicious, memorable and something you will want to put in your mouth early and often.

The Post Brewing Company beers are still fermenting. The Federal Shutdown pushed them back three months in getting their Federal Brewing License, but finally, on Christmas Eve, it was issued. After some tank preparation and pre-brew passivation, they have started brewing operations. Be sure to visit mid-January to be one of the first to try them, straight from the tap.

GoodBird Kitchen serves elevated comfort food using local, seasonal and all-natural ingredients. Passionate chefs bring this soulful fare to the table with homemade dishes featuring fried and rotisserie chicken along with roasted prime rib, slow-cooked pork shoulder and regional fish dishes. They're waiting to proudly serve you up a heaping helping of Colorado comfort and hospitality.
