Post-baby blues: Jessica Alba hates her saggy breasts, cellulite and huge hips

British GQ covergirl Jessica Alba hates her body after baby. Despite being the steamy subject of the mag's latest cover interview and swimsuit video, the usually sexy-snapped actress is now telling women of the world she doesn't think she's all she's cracked up to be.

POOR JESSICA ALBA: "EVERY ACTRESS OUT THERE IS MORE BEAUTIFUL"

After giving birth to her daughter, Honor Marie, less than three years ago, the 29-year-old Jess is having post-baby body woes. In addition to hating the effects pregnancy had on her body, she feels that she's the ugliest actress in Hollywood.

"My breasts are saggy, I've got cellulite, my hips are bigger...," she explained. "Every actress out there is more beautiful than me."

SHE LOST THE BABY WEIGHT IN FOUR MONTHS

Just four months after giving birth in June of 2008, Alba had lost the 25 pounds of weight gain from her 9-month term. Celebrity trainers and Alba fans were stunned that she'd managed to make the weight "magically disappear".

Since she'd only gained 25 pounds during pregnancy, it didn't take much more than strict diet and weight loss (and nursing) to burn off the extra baby weight. Alba teamed up with celebrity personal trainer Ramona Braganza and incorporated the 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone program to shed the pregnancy weight fast.

Sculpting Hollywood's hottest bodies, like Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Halle Berry and Kate Beckinsale, Braganza had Alba consume between 1,700 and 2,000 calories per day. With workouts burning up to 550 calories and nursing burning an additional 500, Alba was consuming less than 1,000 net calories per day to shed the pounds.

ALBA: I CAN ACT SEXY...BUT I'M REALLY NOT

Even still, Alba's denying fan comments that she looks fabulous. Instead, she says she gets anxiety attacks before photoshoots because she's so nervous about exposing her body. Think you'll ever catch her in a nude scene? Think again! According to her recent interview, she'd rather cover up her flaws than expose them to the camera (Editor's Note: See what Alba does reveal to GQ in the exclusive video to the left).

"I’ve never been comfortable showing my body off. I used to have anxiety attacks before shoots. I’ll never do a nude scene. I can act sexy and wear sexy clothes but can’t go naked.”
