Possible "Knight Rider" movie with Danny McBride and Chris Pratt in the works

With the wave of 80s culture turning into movies, it may not be too surprising that a "Knight Rider" film is in the works. Who may star in the film may be surprising though. Earlier today, possibly leaked the potential stars of the film.

Chris Pratt from "Everwood" and "Zero Dark Thirty" and Danny McBride from "This is the End" and "Eastbound & Down" may star. No news on who the actors will play. McBride would be a good fit to play Michael Knight, originally played by David Hasselhoff, if The Weinstein Company, the studio who owns to the right to a "Knight Rider" film, wanted to give the film a comedic tone. Pratt could definitely be the villain or even possibly the voice of KITT, the intelligent car. I wish William Daniels would return for the voice of KITT personally.

More is certainly to change. When more comes available, the National Geek Lifestyle Examiner will post the news here, so subscribe for email updates.
