LuAnn de Lesseps may not be leaving "The Real Housewives of New York City" for her own show after all. The NY Daily News reported on Tuesday, July 15, that LuAnn recently filmed scenes for someone else's new show.

The show, titled "Sleeping With the Stars," apparently follows Rob Shuter, who viewers know from VH1’s "The Gossip Table," as he goes into the homes of various stars and experiences their everyday lives. Rob was recently spotted filming around the Hamptons with LuAnn. During their time together, they went inside LuAnn's bedroom and looked at jewelry given to her by Greek royalty. They also went on her boat and sang karaoke, which of course included her song “Money Can’t Buy You Class.”

LuAnn had people buzzing that she was perhaps leaving the housewives and starring in her own show when she tweeted a photo of her being filmed. She wrote that she was "taping a fun new show." Since the photo shows her wearing a cooking apron, it may have been taken while she was filming the "Sleeping with the Stars" episode.

Of course, LuAnn may be leaving "The Real Housewives of New York City" even if she doesn't have her own show to fall back on. After every season, housewives are always in danger of being dropped if producers believe that they no longer have interesting and dramatic storylines. Unfortunately for the New York City housewives, rumors persist that the entire cast is in danger of being fired because of the low ratings.

Perhaps the finale episode, in which Aviva Drescher pulls off her prosthetic leg and throws it across a fancy restaurant during an argument with the other housewives, will draw viewers in? The finale airs Tuesday, July 22. There is also the reunion show to entice viewers, which Andy Cohen promised is full of drama and laughs.
