Paulo Bento has released his 30-man list and there are surely no surprises there. Cristiano Ronaldo will lead the squad into Brazil as they will face one of the stiffest opposition in the group stage. Portugal will begin with a clash against Germany and then face the United States in Manaus, followed by Ghana.

There will be tough competition at goalkeeper when 2010 starter Eduardo will have to come from behind to take away the starting job from Rui Patricio. The third position will most likely be fought between Anthony Lopes and Beto.

There will also be some interesting stories developing up top as Paulo Bento called up 10 forwards. It will be a tough battle to see who will be the third and fourth forwards that will be on that list between, Porto's Ricardo Quaresma, Varela, Wolfsburg's Vieirinha and Braga's Rafa.
