Portland dress designer Tiffany Bean

Recently, Tiffany shared with me a few classic ladylike looks inspired by lovely Doris day for PDX ladies who want to know what to wear out on a date night, an art exhibit or a charity event, like Power of the Purse benefiting Girls, Inc. Lets take a look at the Doris Day inspired outfits designed and styled by Tiffany Bean for the PDX fashionista.

(Slideshow on the left for images details.)

One of Tiffany’s, very own, designer dress creations is a Tiffany Bean Doris Day dress $228. This dress is the perfect piece for any ‘on the go fashionista’ who wants to wear great style and great color to a charity event, like Power of the Purse. Why? Because a classic shift fits and flatters any shape and Tiffany’s design is made modern with the beautiful cowl neck in soft cream. The teal skirt begins with the band slightly above the natural waist and is fitted through the waist and hip. The dress has double fabric on top for great coverage, a fully lined skirt, and side zipper. The fabric is 100% cotton skirt, the bodice is rayon, nylon blend, machine wash cold and made in the USA.

Dress ensemble no. 2 is an easy fitting strapless dress (Also a Tiffany Bean design) the Frances dress for $128 with a shirred top and slightly raised waistband.  This dress is an excellent throw on for a date night or traveling piece to fly off to some exotic beach. Why? Because not only is it wrinkle free and easy to clean, but you can style it up or down depending on your choice of accessories or shoes. It is a wonderful transition piece from spring to summer. The fabric is 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex, wash gentle cold and line dry.
