Porsha Williams had a warrant out for her arrest and the TV reality star of "Real Housewives of Atlanta” turned herself in on April 16, 2014.

TMZ reports that Porsha arrived at the Fulton County Sherriff’s department totally decked out with her hair styled and her face expertly made up. If she was going to be booked and have her mug shot taken, then she was going to look her best.

Porsha was booked for simple battery. After the formalities, she paid the $2,000 bail in cash and was released.

The event that led to Porsha's arrest warrant was because she got into a physical altercation with co-star Kenya Moore, during a taping of the "RHOA" reunion. No one knows why the two women started slugging it out, but some say that Kenya provoked Porsha. According to Us Weekly, a source said, "Porsha stood up, so then Kenya stood up. Porsha charged at Kenya and pulled her hair, but it was over in a matter of seconds...Andy [Cohen] and a producer jumped in, and then security came."

Some have said that the tensions were high between the two women when they arrived at the filming. Others speculate that Porsha’s job was on the line, and this was a good way to secure her position on the show. It is so hard to figure out what is real and what is faked on these shows anymore. However, one thing is certain. The added drama is great to boost up the ratings.
