“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Stewart may be new to the cast, but she is realizing that strong friendships are not a part of this group. It seems that the women are just bashing one another whenever the opportunity arises, including stealing business ideas and baby names. NeNe Leakes and Cynthia Bailey may be the best of the friends on the show, but Porsha picked up on some bad communication between the two. According to a new Bravo blog released on Mar. 5, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Stewart questions why Cynthia didn’t call NeNe to let her know that they were waiting for Phaedra’s plane to land before coming to the dinner. If they were such good friends, why not call her or send her a text?
“Later I heard Cynthia had been corresponding with NeNe all night, so why didn't she tell her we were going to be late? That's weird to me, because the issue was that NeNe didn't know we were going to be late. Now here we are still headed to her house, even after she hung up in Cynthia’s face. Trust me, if it were up to me, we would have let her rest and buy her an “I’m sorry” gift and try again the next day,” Porsha revealed in her blog.
And she does bring up a good point. Why would Cynthia not tell NeNe that they were running late, since they are such good friends? Is the friendship not as strong as fans may expect?
