Porn star Ron Jeremy has been admitted to a California hospital after he reportedly suffered an aneurysm to his heart, according to a statement made on the adult film star’s website on Jan. 30, 2013.
A member of Jeremy’s management team claim that he was checked into an Cedars-Sinai Hospital reportedly suffering from chest pains Tuesday. He is currently undergoing surgery at the hospital after the aneurysm was found near his heart.
According to the official statement:
RON JEREMY is in a L.A. hospital being treated for an aneurysm that was located near his heart. He is currently in surgery and in good hands. There is NO OFFICIAL report on his condition at this time. We will update his fans and well-wishers as we get proper information from his doctors.Ron greatly appreciate all the emails and phone messages and will make sure to pass on any updates to his fans as it becomes available.
Jeremy, also known as The Hedgehog, has appeared in more than 2,000 adult films and has directed hundreds of other films, some of them being non-pornographic.
