Pork fried rice with teriyaki beef

Much can be done with the leftovers from your favorite restaurant, whether they are brought home from an evening out, or from delivery or takeout. You can doctor near about anything in order to have a slightly different meal the next day at work, or the next evening for dinner.

Take Asian food, for example. The rices and meats might be combined to make a new meal, or they can be paired with foods you have on hand to create something even more tasty.

It is difficult to say how much of each ingredient you will have leftover from the original meal, so you will not notice much for actual measurements in this recipe.

The recipe here uses leftovers from the Asian Palace II, located in Bangor, Maine.
