This recipe is friendly to your wallet! It came from the mid-west and is very simple to prepare. However, it does not lack in flavor. This would make a great Thanksgiving dish as an alternative to turkey!
Pork Chops and Dressing
- 4 pork chops, ½ to 1 inch thick
- 8-9 slices of bread, crumbled
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 Tsp. poultry seasoning
Place chops in a baking dish.
Mix bread chunks, soup and seasoning to make dressing and place equally on each chop, covering the meat. Bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes. Pork should be white in color when it is cooked.
