According to a Feb. 26 report in “All App News”, the popular Xbox Live game, “Yet Another Zombie Defense” has come to the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch with a just released update in the App Store and a price drop! Wow!
In this dual-stick tower defense game (TD), you are the lone survivor of the human race who must battle every night against hordes of zombies. You have a variety of weapons like a Telsa cannon and a rocket launcher which you can use to build (and strengthen) your base during the day. You can also add barricades, towers and auto turrets while you wait for night to come again, and with the night, another zombie infestation.
Each wave of the undead includes new forms of zombies, with new strengths. With certain zombies that you take down, you can collect cash which you can then use to get the items that you need during the day. The goal is to see how long you can survive.
This app is for gamers who like to test their gaming skills, enjoy problem-solving and love to score high on Game Center Leaderboards.
