San Fernando Valley foodies will be happy to know that there is now a Bonefish Grill near you. The popular eatery opened a 5,473 square-foot location today, January 20, at the Northridge Fashion Center. The restaurant offers indoor and patio dining with a menu that specialize in daily hand-cut fish.
It is also the first of the collection to showcase new contemporary design features conceptualized by famed retail designer Flavia Bisi. Menu Choices start with Bang Bang Shrimp® with its Asian-inspired spicy, Twisted Edamame Hummus and signature Carlsbad Mussels Josephine sautéed with tomatoes, garlic, basil and lemon wine sauce. Other choices include Fish Tacos, an “American-Style” Kobe Beef Burger and Fish & Chips. All of the fresh fish – Tilapia, Mahi Mahi, Pacific Salmon, Grouper, Swordfish and more, all depending on availability – is hand-cut daily; and there’s a delicious array of shellfish on the menu. There are also featured special fish entrees as well as a selection of fine steaks, pasta, chicken and pork dishes, all served with hot crusty bread and the diner’s choice of rice, seasonal vegetables or potato side. Delicious desserts are all homemade, and kids’, gluten-free and calorie-count menus are available upon request.
Happy hours happen daily from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.with $6 cocktails such as Winter White Cosmopolitan created with white cranberry juice and the Ultimate Infused Dirty Martini is composed of Ketel 1 Citroen, which has been infused with olives for three days. There are also local craft beers and an affordable list of 30 wines by the glass.
