It seems that the newly 30-year old pop sensation has more than music on her mind. Britney Spears is reportedly packing up her family (to include sons Sean and Jayden) to move into a private estate in the exclusive Thousand Oaks community in California. Notorious for renting mansions and estates, Spears has now set her eyes on a 10,500 square foot pad that boasts five bathrooms, six and a half baths, inlaid marble and wrought iron staircases. The home has a traditional grandeur that goes against the grain of contemporary design. There are tons of architectural details found throughout various rooms in the home that help to dress it up. The color palette in particular is quite warm featuring rich hues of greens, reds and neutrals for a healthy balance.
If you think the interiors are nice, wait until you check out the backyard of this estate. The outdoor kitchen alone would quickly become our favorite hangout spot as it has enough stainless steel appliances to host a large party for an unforgettable meal. There is even a covered dining space with 360 degree views of the surrounding space that also contains a television, fireplace and lengthy drapes for privacy.
