Polk County's most wanted fugitive captured in Linden Tennessee

A long time fugitive on the Polk County most wanted list was extradited from Tennesee on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 and is now in custody at the Polk County jail on multiple sexual abuse charges.

James Edward Suehr, 46, of Linden Tn., was extradited to Polk on outstanding warrants for aggravated sodomy, sexual battery, child molestation and failure to appear in Polk County Superior Court.

The alleged sexual abuse is reported to have occurred on Jan 1, 1994. Warrants were issued for Suerh's arrest and he has been featured as one of Polk County's most wanted fugitives for many years.

Suehr remains in custody at the Polk County jail with no bond set at the time of this publication.

The arrest report and charges within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
