Polk County residents jailed in Floyd (Photos)

The Northwest Georgia Crime Examiner personally compiles arrest reports that cover Polk and Haralson Counties.

Listed below are four Polk County residents that were arrested or taken into custody by Floyd County and/or Rome police on Thursday March 14, 2013.

The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.

Warren Quincy Brown, 40, of Cedartown was arrested by Floyd County deputies on felony warrants for two counts second degree to children and a hold for Bartow County. See also (2/2/2013) (5/4/2010) (3/3/2010) (9/2/2009)

Jonathan Wade Garner, 28, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant issued by Floyd County on misdemeanor probation violation. See also (2/6/2013)

Christopher Scott Rogers, 29, of Cedartown was arrested by Floyd County Deputy Carpenter on a warrant for fugitive from justice and failure to appear. See also (3/15/2011) (10/14/2010) (3/31/2010) (10/2/2009)

Sterling Lester Rowland, 38, of Rockmart was arrested by Rome Police Officer David McGuire and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
