Listed below is the Polk County misdemeanor arrest report for Thursday Feb. 28, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Donald Donell Banks, 32, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Wagner and charged with misdemeanor possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Banks was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (2/26/2013)
Willard Brown, 42, of Cedartown was arrested Thursday by Polk County Police Officer Drain and charged with disorderly conduct. Brown was released the same day after paying a $205.50 cash fine. See also (1/12/2013) (10/8/2011) (10/9/2010)
Dwone Lamar Poellnitz, 43, of Aragon was arrested Thursday by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with driving on a suspended license, giving false information or false name to a law enforcement officer and no working turn signals. Poellnitz was released on 3/1 after posting three property bonds totaling $2,310.
Travis Demond Shooks, 31, of Cedartown was arrested Thursday by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Wagner and charged with misdemeanor possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Shooks was released from custody the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (2/26/2013)
